Want to help? Volunteers facilitate special events such as opening receptions, music concerts, and fundraisers. We also invite professionals to volunteer their time and donate their services in support of our non-profit organization.
Want to kickstart a career in the arts? Senior Interns work with administrative staff to gain experience in gallery operations.
- Marketing and Administrative Summer Internship. Undergraduate students with an interest in the visual arts, music, marketing and business are encouraged to apply for this unpaid summer internship. The Marketing and Administrative intern is responsible for developing and distributing all press releases, flyers, and related media (including social media) used to promote all arts, music, dance, and other events, including exhibitions, receptions, concerts, performances, and fundraisers. In addition to these duties, the Marketing and Administrative intern will assist Meridian Gallery staff with various office and administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and developing archives.
- Development Summer Internship. As a non-profit organization, Meridian is always looking for new and exciting ways to engage with the public and expand our donor base. The Development Intern will work in collaboration with the Assistant Director to plan and execute fundraising initiatives, including online campaigns (peer-to-peer fundraising and crowdfunding), fundraising events (concerts and receptions), and donor solicitation. This unpaid internship is the perfect opportunity for anyone interested in building a career in the non-profit sector.
